How It All Began

It's simple. William and I strive to make the most out of our lives, but we have a little problem: we love coffee - maybe a little too much. Like many ambitious professionals, we found ourselves caught in the daily caffeine cycle - that habit of drinking coffee throughout the day seemed essential for productivity but left us feeling dependent, jittery, and struggling with inconsistent energy and focus throughout the day.

The solution wasn't adding more caffeine—it was replacing our intake. We found that too much caffeine was a problem for our recovery and our sleep. And sleep is probably the most important pillar for health and well-being, as much as, if not more than, nutrition and physical activity. It is essential for facing our busy days without negatively impacting our energy and concentration.
